Using a cellulite cream like Cosmetyn will have some benefit for you. However, if you’re carrying excess fat in the thighs, it’s unlikely it will completely eliminate the problem. Cellulite creams work to smooth and firm the skin and add moisture. But, like anything else, they do have their limits.

Walking is great and will also help a lot. Especially if some of it is uphill or on an incline as that will help develop your leg muscles. Ideally, for heavy thighs it’s important to combine cardio (walking, etc.) with muscle building exercises to get the most benefit.

Before beginning any muscle building exercises, however, definitely get the ok from your doctor – especially since you’ve had problems with your back.
